We Rock the Spectrum Colorado Springs offers dedicated Sensory-Friendly Open Play hours every Monday, designed to provide a calmer, more supportive environment for children who benefit from reduced sensory stimulation. During these times, we intentionally limit capacity to create a less crowded space and offer sensory supports such as noise-canceling headphones, adjustable lighting, and the option to lower or turn off music as needed. While our gym strives to be welcoming and sensory-aware at all times, these designated hours provide an especially comfortable experience for children who are sensitive to noise, crowds, or higher levels of activity.
